Minos Imperial Luxury Beach Resort & Spa Milatos

I recently stayed at the Minos Imperial Luxury Hotel in Crete and had a mixed experience. The Sea View Suite, while offering breathtaking views, was smaller than expected. The service, however, was outstanding. The staff, particularly Elena, Emily, Sara, and Fotini, were incredibly kind and attentive, making our stay far more enjoyable. Their warm hospitality and willingness to assist with any requests truly stood out and added a special touch to our trip. Also, the hotel is situated in a beautiful but hard-to-reach area. Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. The hygiene standards at the buffet were lacking, with the tray and the trolley where they transport the plates and cups were unclean, which raised concerns about food safety. As well as the hotel having a lot of bugs around even leading up to the rooms and sometimes within the room. This aspect of our stay was particularly troubling and detracted from the overall experience.

The facilities, food and staff. All areas were cleaned regularly. The food was freshly prepared and cooked. Staff always wore a smile.

Our suite, with its luxurious furnishings and panoramic sea views, was the perfect retreat for relaxation and romance. The attention to detail throughout the resort was impeccable, from the beautifully landscaped gardens to the elegant dining venues. Whether enjoying a candlelit dinner at the Bellevue Restaurant or unwinding with a massage at the boutique spa, every experience at Minos Imperial was truly unforgettable. We left feeling grateful for the memories made and already dreaming of our next visit.
